How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Note: We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Take off rings before washing hands or using hand sanitizer.
Shiny gold or silver toned items will wear with time. It's the type of metal coating, the more you take care of it the longer it will last. We suggest you purchase a low cost crystal clear spray like: Krylon 51301 Aerosol Spray for around $6.00 to coat all your jewelry so it doesn't fade.
Suggested application: Spray at least 5-8"  from your piece (if you spray close you can get uneven goopy clear coat). I like to go over each piece twice for even coating. Let your pieces dry for about 5 minutes and repeat process on the back.

How long before my order is processed?
We usually ship packages within 1-5 business days.

Can you deliver my order if I live in a nearby town?
Yes! Please leave under the notes section that you want us to deliver your purchase. We will refund you the shipping cost! Cities include: Turlock, Modesto, Merced, Atwater, Delhi, and Atwater.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
